    A New Haven used car lot was robbed at gunpoint Saturday morning.About 11:40 a.m. two men wearing ski masks entered Bill’s Used Cars at 4807 New Haven Ave.

Hit-and-run driver injures bicyclist

A hit-and-run driver left a bicyclist seriously injured Sunday morning in Williams County, Ohio. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Troy Presnell, 50, of Montpelier, Ohio, was hit from behind as he rode his bike east on State Route 107 near State Route 15 at approximately 1:10 a.m. The other vehicle then left the scene.

Presnell was transported to Montpelier Hospital and then air lifted to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with serious injuries, police said.

Anyone with information about the crash or the identity of the driver who left the scene should contact the Defiance Patrol Post at 419-784-1025.
