    A diver pulled the body of 3-year-old girl out of a pond on AllenCounty's south side Tuesday afternoon. She was pronounced dead, according to authorities at the scene.

    Fort Wayne Police have identified the second person shot Sunday in the 600 block of East Rudisill Boulevard as James W. Armstrong from Arizona.
  • Semi rollover stalls traffic on I-469
    A semi that rolled onto its side caused slowdowns in traffic on Interstate 469 on Monday, according to Indiana State Police.There were only minor injuries in the crash.

Ohio bicyclist seriously injured by hit, skip driver

– A hit and run driver left a bicyclist seriously injured Sunday morning in Williams County, Ohio.

Troy Presnell, 50, of Montpelier, Ohio, was hit from behind as he was riding his bike east on State Route 107 near State Route 15 at approximately 1:10 a.m. The vehicle then left the scene, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Presnell was transported to Montpelier Hospital and then air lifted to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with serious injuries, police said.

Anyone with information about the crash or the identity of the driver who left the scene should contact the Defiance Patrol Post at 419-784-1025.
