Water main break affects New Haven customers

A water main has broken on Nelson Road in New Haven, and its water customers may experience no water, low pressure or rusty water, the community's utility superintendent said today.

No boil-water advisory has been issued, and boiling water is not necessary, superintendent Dave Jones said in the statement.

If low water pressure or rusty water persists, call the utility office at 748-7050 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
