Berry Street closed until 5 p.m. Friday

Berry Street will remain closed between Harrison Street and Maiden Lane until 5 p.m. on Friday, according to a statement from the Traffic

Engineering Department.

The road will be closed for water line installation across Berry Street

as part of the new Ash Brokerage Skyline Development project downtown.

During the closure, the intersection of Berry Street and Harrison Street

will be temporarily restricted as a four-way stop, the statement said.

Berry Street traffic will be rerouted to Harrison Street, Main Street

and Ewing Street.

Weigand Construction is coordinating the work and will be responsible

for the placement and maintenance of all construction signs and

barricades in the work zone.
