I-69 lane restrictions to switch

The current lane restrictions on Interstate 69 near the Dupont Road bridge will switch Thursday to the inside lane in both directions, the Indiana Department of Transportation said today.

The same number of lanes will remain open and the speed limit of 55 mph will remain in effect, the transportation department said in a statement.

To avoid delays, motorists may seek alternate routes, such as the new Union Chapel Road Exit 317, the statement said.
