Initial storm damage reported

Hail, fallen trees and downed power lines have been reported to the National Weather service from Tuesday's storms.

The weather service said it received multiple reports of half-inch-diameter to 3/4-inch-diameter hail north of Fort Wayne.

Trees were down on LaGrange County Road 175 North near Plato, as well as on Waymire Road in Pleasant Lake, it said. In Wolcottville, a sycamore tree snapped halfway up.

Pleasant Lake also reported downed power lines, the weather service said.
