A publicist for Casey Kasem’s daughter says the late radio personality’s children are working with law enforcement following a report that Kasem’s wife is making arrangements to have Kasem’s body flown to Europe.

Danny Deraney, a publicist for Kasem’s daughter Kerri, told The Associated Press in an email Tuesday that Kasem’s children are discussing their next steps with authorities.

Kasem, the radio host of “American Top 40,” died June 15 at a hospital in Gig Harbor, Washington.

He was 82 and suffering from dementia. His death followed a lengthy battle over his care between his wife, Jean Kasem, and his three adult children from his first marriage.

TMZ reports that Jean Kasem is trying to have Kasem’s body flown to Europe, perhaps to Oslo, Norway, from Montreal. Teruyuki Olsen, a lawyer for Kasem’s wife, said he had no comment.

Pharrell to tap tunes

Pharrell is teaming up with the world’s best-selling basketball video game franchise as a music curator.

2K Sports announced Tuesday that the Grammy-winning performer will choose 27 tracks for the soundtrack of the upcoming “NBA 2K15.”

He’s the second music performer to select songs for the video game; Jay-Z was executive producer in 2012.

LeBron James picked out songs for last year’s installment that sold 7 million copies.

The new soundtrack features three of Pharrell’s songs along with music from Lauryn Hill, One Republic, Snoop Dogg, Lorde, A Tribe Called Quest and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The game is expected to go on sale Oct. 7.
