Temporary stoppage on Dupont set for Wednesday

Traffic on Dupont Road will be stopped at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday between Dupont Commerce Court and Dupont Circle Drive, the Indiana Department of Transportation said today.

The placement of an overhead box truss sign, which is weather permitting, is expected to take about 15 minutes, the transportation department said in a statement.

The work is part of the diverging diamond interchange modification project scheduled to be completed by late October, the statement said. To avoid delays, it said, seek alternate routes.
