Last week, my weight was not where I wanted it.
I have had two personal training sessions with my trainer, and I feel good. On Wednesday, I went to the YMCA and my trainer decided that it would be fun if she almost killed me! On Thursday, I could feel muscles that I never knew I had!
I also had to work at the fair, so it was a rough day with my muscles. When I was at the fair, I could smell all of the greasy foods, and all of the typical fair sweets, and I had to resist the urge to eat fair food.
On Friday, I went to the YMCA where my trainer had me work on speed sets, rotating from a few different things, and switching really fast. I feel like I could have done better, but at the time it was my best. Want more information about the Fit Crew? Read this.
