This week has been OK. I have fallen into a normal routine, and I'm making better choices. It's still hard but I am getting used to it. I have been really active with school activities like marching band, so staying active hasn't been too bad, although I haven't been able to get to a gym as much. Being active hasn't made staying away from food easy. Now that I am more active, it makes me hungrier more often so making the right choices is more important. Tip: Don't give in to peer pressure situations. Just because everyone else is eating pizza doesn't mean you have to. Want to know more about the Fit Crew? Read this.
