Decatur native named anchor at NBC33

Decatur native Krista Miller has been named new anchor/reporter for NBC33 News, WISE-TV said today.

Miller will anchor weeknights at 4, 6 and 11 p.m., teaming with Kent Hormann, Eric DeFreeuw and Katie Law, the station said in a statement.

Miller graduated from Bellmont High School and majored in electronic journalism at Butler University, the statement said. She most recently has worked at WOWO.
