North Webster woman qualifies for 'Hoosier Millionaire' final

LuAnn Kissinger of North Webster won $9,000 Thursday night and qualified for the "Hoosier Millionaire" championship show Aug. 16 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, the Hoosier Lottery said today.

Kissinger won a qualifying show in Elkhart, the lottery said in a statement.
