Undercover sales result in arrest

A Warsaw man was arrested on drug-dealing charges, accused of selling prescription drugs and marijuana to undercover police.

Chad M. Morgan, 35, faces preliminary felony charges of dealing a controlled substance and dealing marijuana, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

The county’s drug task force had undercover officers buy pills and marijuana from Morgan, the sheriff’s department said.

Morgan was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

The sheriff’s department said concerned residents played an important role in this arrest.

Anyone who suspects illegal drug activity should report it to the department’s tip line at 574-372-2494.
