Kosciusko County Drug Task Force Officers, Warsaw Police Department Narcotics Officers and Sheriff’s Department detectives arrested and preliminarily charged Chad Monroe Morgan, 35, Warsaw, with felony dealing in a Schedule I controlled substance as well as felony dealing marijuana Tuesday. Kosciusko County D.T.F. officers stated that undercover units had made previous purchases of prescription medication along with marijuana from Morgan. Morgan is currently being held on a $4,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.
