There’s been another delay for pop star Justin Bieber on Florida charges of driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

Prosecutors and Bieber’s attorney told a judge at a hearing Wednesday that they need three more weeks to determine whether the case goes to trial or is resolved with a plea deal. Another hearing was set Aug. 5 for the 20-year-old singer.

Bieber was arrested Jan. 23 in Miami Beach after what police described as an illegal street race between Bieber and a friend.

Bieber did not attend the hearing.

Mraz heads to NYC

Jason Mraz is in a New York state of mind.

The Grammy-winning pop singer announced Wednesday that he will tour the five boroughs of New York in September.

Mraz said at a news conference at the Empire State Building that he will kick off the tour Sept. 17 at the Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College.

The 37-year-old singer-songwriter, who is based in San Diego, attended college in New York in the 1990s.

“The Five Boroughs Tour” will wrap with two nights at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sept. 22 and 23. His tour will also play in the Bronx on Sept. 18, in Queens on Sept. 19 and on Staten Island on Sept. 20.

Tickets for all shows will go on sale Monday.

Mraz released his new album, “YES!,” on Tuesday.

Final scenes shot

Kurt Russell confirms he has completed his final two scenes in the latest “Fast & Furious” scenes without the late Paul Walker.

Russell had a day left of shooting when Walker died in a car crash in November outside of Los Angeles.

In an interview this week, the 63-year-old actor said he returned to work on the two scenes left to do with Walker about two months ago. He said he filmed the scenes with Walker’s brothers, Caleb and Cody.

The film is to premiere in April.
