  • EPA proposal threatens energy, economic futures
Indiana's environment is cleaner than it's been in our lifetimes. But such substantial progress here and in other parts of the country is not enough for the Environmental Protection Agency.

Fort Wayne has a wonderful art museum. We are truly lucky that the building plan is a good one and that the exhibits range from a variety of local, national and global sources.

God has laid down law on marriage definition

Regarding “Same-sex rulings gather steam (July 6)”: There is no such thing as “same-sex” marriage.

Adam and Eve were created by God, and marriage was instituted by God for a man and a woman, not Adam and Adam or Eve and Eve. And the Bible states that homosexuality is abhorrent.

Human law is flawed, as are humans. The Supreme Court and other judges’ decisions are only whims that can change depending on who is on the bench and his or her personal political philosophy. Current legislators’ motives seem to be driven only by their self-serving interests in preserving their own positions of power in the government.

God’s law is perfect and unchangeable, and that includes marriage between one man and one woman. Judges and politicians cannot change that fact.
