Three people were injured Sunday night in a two-car collision in Paulding County, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said tonight.

The patrol said Christina R. Kroeckel, 34, of Paulding, Ohio, was driving east on Ohio 613 about 7:20 p.m. when her car went off the right side of the road, overcorrected and crossed the center line into the path of a westbound car driven by Kebecca J. Thomas, 47, of Oakwood, Ohio.

Thomas was taken by Samaritan helicopter to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, the patrol said. Kroeckel was taken by ambulance to Paulding County Hospital, then to Parkview. A passenger in Thomas' car, Courtney J. Thomas, 15, of Oakwood, was taken to Defiance Regional Medical Center.

Ohio 613 was shut down for two hours, the patrol said. It said the crash remains under investigation.

Oakwood Fire Department and EMS and the county sheriff's department assisted, the patrol said.
