How the week went: I was very proud of my weigh-in and I’m glad to be back into my workout routine.

How the week went: This week, I had my first session with my personal trainer. She made an awesome workout around the sports I play. I was really sore at first, but it was a great workout.
Blog excerpt: When my brother and I go to the YMCA to workout, we both have so much fun, and I think we both are each other’s much needed support systems. We both are having a lot of fun competing to see who can run the fastest in the least amount of time or who can row the fastest.
How the week went: I’ve been seriously watching my diet, but it’s been hard to get to the weight room every day. I really need to work on getting a routine. Overall though, this has been a successful week.
Blog excerpt: I learned this week that you really need to find time to go and work out. Also, stick with your routine. If you can, try to find a workout buddy to help keep yourself motivated.
How the week went: I lost one pound this week. I’ve been doing a lot of running and weight training. Some days I choose the elliptical or a different workout machine to change it up.
How the week went: I have been eating right and everything but it just seems like I can never find time to workout like I want to. Going into this program seemed simple at first – exercising, eating healthy, all that jazz – but now it seems like I let myself down.
