Area NBA Summer League roundup

Three games were played Wednesday in the NBA Pro Summer League in Orlando. Among Mad Ants players and others with area ties were:

Frank Gaines: The former IPFW standout had 17 points, two rebounds and one assist for the Indiana Pacers in a 94-71 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Sadiel Rojas: The Mad Ants player did not play (coach’s decision) for the Indiana Pacers against the Thunder.

Tim Ohlbrecht: The Mad Ants standout had four points and seven rebounds for the Detroit Pistons in a 92-90 loss to the Boston Celtics.

Tony Mitchell: The Mad Ants standout had two points for the Pistons.

Chris Watford: The former Indiana University forward did not play (coach’s decision) for the Pistons.

Peyton Siva: The Mad Ants guard did not play (coach’s decision) for the Pistons.

Mason Plumlee: The Warsaw native did not play (coach’s decision) for the Brooklyn Nets in a 92-86 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers.
