Doctor appointment reveals molestation

A Fort Wayne man was charged with molesting a young girl at his house after the child’s mother voiced concerns during a doctor’s appointment for the girl.

The woman originally took her daughter to the doctor for a cough but mentioned to a physician’s assistant that she thought something had happened to the girl, an affidavit said.

That’s when the child said 36-year-old Khampaseuth O. Lothvilaythong inappropriately touched her, though she described it as tickling, according to the affidavit.

She told investigators it happened every time she went to Lothvilaythong’s house.
