Term-limited recorder leaving elected office

John D. McGauley has been named court executive of Allen Superior Court, Chief Judge Wendy Davis announced today.

McGauley, who will be leaving his elected office as the Allen County recorder, will be responsible for the budget, finance, grants, human resources, caseload allocation and other administrative duties at the court, Davis said in a statement.
