Convicted sex offender accused of not registering

Late Thursday, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charges a man accused of failing to register as a sex or violent offender.

Danny L. Rhudy, 28, was found in the 3900 block of north Indiana 127 about 11 p.m. Thursday, according to a statement issued Monday by the sheriff’s office.

He posted a $5,000 surety bond and was released.
