How the week went: This week was very challenging because when I’m around most of my family, they eat meals that I can’t but so far the scale says that I’ve lost five pounds and I am very proud of myself.

How the week went: Now that I’m back from vacation, my diet is no longer crazy and I’m back working out at the Y. My trainer showed me how to operate the tougher equipment so I can step it up in the workout room.
Blog excerpt: I learned this week that there are better alternatives to normal food types. I personally think that almond butter tastes better than normal peanut butter, and that coconut flour is much better for you than normal flour. So even if something sounds sort of weird, give it a shot before you turn it down.
How the week went: As far as the past week has gone, I lost two pounds. It has been a great week and I’m starting to enjoy working out more and more. I can’t wait to see what the next few weeks have in store!
Blog excerpt: This week I also met with the (dietitian) at Parkview (Hospital). She gave us so many great pointers on healthy eating. At the meeting there were also recipes that are low calorie and very nutritious.
How the week went: I’m away at church camp, and I guess (I) gained some weight. But I know that I’ll just keep working harder.
