State offices, including the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, will be closed Friday.
Friday's residential trash and recycling collection by Waste Management and Republic Services will be Saturday.

In Decatur, Friday's trash pickup will be Monday. In other areas, Waste Management will pick up Friday's trash Saturday. In Berne, trash routes for Thursday and Friday will be picked up Thursday. The stick-limb route will not run this week. The compost site will be closed Friday and open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
CitiLink fixed-route buses and paratransit service will not operate, and the office will be closed Friday; operations will resume Saturday. Allen County Public Library will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In Fort Wayne and Woodburn, Friday's garbage and recycling pickups will be Saturday. The Leo-Cedarville Recycling Center, 14701 Schwartz Road, will be closed Thursday and Friday.
In Huntington, Friday trash pickup will be Monday, and Friday's brown-bag pickup will be Thursday and Monday. In Andrews, trash pickup will be Saturday.
In Warsaw, Friday's trash will be picked up Thursday. Friday's pickup by Borden Waste-Away will be Saturday.
There normally is no trash pickup in Bluffton on Fridays. In other areas, Waste Management will pick up Friday's trash Saturday and Saturday's trash Monday.
In Columbia City, normal trash pickups on Friday will be picked up the next working day.
