18-year-old shot to death on Weisser Park Avenue

The victim in Monday’s shooting in the 2500 block of Weisser Park Avenue has been identified.

Sean Darius Walker, 18, of Fort Wayne, was found after police responded just before 7 p.m. to multiple 911 calls about shots fired in the area, according to statements issued by the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.

The coroner’s office ruled the death a homicide, the seventh so far in the county.
