Indiana girls' all-stars beat Kentucky

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana All-Stars swept Kentucky in the girls games for the first time since 2009 with a convincing 83-56 win Saturday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Homestead’s Sydney Buck and Miss Basketball Whitney Jennings from Logansport each had 14 points to lead Indiana.

Canterbury’s Kindell Fincher, who was a starter, added five points and five rebounds.

Coming into the game, Kentucky had won three of the last four games, including a sweep in 2012.
