Warsaw man to face 2009 molesting allegation

Raphael

A Warsaw man has been charged in connection with a 2009 child molesting allegation recently reported by staff at a local school, Warsaw police said today.

Terren Raphael, 23, was charged with two counts of child molesting with a victim younger than 14, and was being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on $10,000 bond, police said in a statement.

Police said they were called Monday by the Indiana Department of Child Services after receiving a complaint from staff at Warsaw Community Schools.

They said their investigation found that Raphael, then 18, molested a pre-teen girl five years ago.

Police said the county prosecutor's office also assisted in the investigation.
