Workshops focus on preserving produce

FORT WAYNE – The Purdue Extension Service in Allen County is offering Preserving Nature’s Bounty workshops on safe home food preservation procedures and to answer frequently asked questions on canning, freezing and drying foods.

The schedule is :

  • June 17 at 2 p.m. in the Allen County Extension Office.
  • July 8 at 7 p.m. in the Allen County Extension Office.
  • Aug. 5 at 1 p.m. in Allen County Extension Office.
  • Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. in the Allen County Extension Office.
