Foster care forum today at area YWCA

In recognition of National Foster Care Month, YWCA Northeast Indiana will host an open discussion about foster care from noon to 1:30 p.m. today at the YWCA's office at 1610 Spy Run Ave.

The talk will focus on the challenges of foster care, and the panel will include people involved with the system locally.

It is free and open to the public.
