Woman stabbed, in critical condition

Fort Wayne police were called to a domestic situation at 11:47 p.m. Tuesday, said Public Information Officer Michael Joyner.

According to Joyner, a stabbing occurred at 7911 Decatur Road.

Joyner says a woman was stabbed at least twice and the woman was in serious condition at the apartment.

After her arrival at the hospital, she was downgraded to critical condition. The couple were the only ones in the apartment at the time of the incident, police said. The man was not injured.
