Sherman Blvd. section to close for water-main repair

Sherman Boulevard will be closed between Elmer and Mildred avenues at 6 p.m. to repair a water-main break, the city of Fort Wayne said today.

Signs will be posted on Sherman at Franke Park Drive and at Goshen Avenue, the city's traffic engineering department said in a statement.

The repair is expected to last four hours, and drivers are encouraged to use Wells Street instead, the statement said.
