Redeemer Radio Sharathon raises $231,900

Redeemer Radio raised a record $231,900 during its semi-annual Sharathon fundraiser this week, the station has announced.

The station. 1450 AM in Fort Wayne and 89.9 FM in Edon, Ohio/Angola, Indiana, said it received 1,318 pledges from individuals and businesses during the three-day, 36-hour event.

The funds are used to assist with operating expenses for the station, which serves the Fort Wayne-South Bend Roman Catholic Diocese as well as parts of northwest Ohio.
