Man charged with sex with a minor

A 20-year-old Fort Wayne man is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl while some of his cohorts stole things from her home.

Allen County Prosecutors formally charged Dillon J. Willingham, of the 4700 block of Makori Drive, with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and one count of receiving stolen property Monday.

Willingham was with a group of three others who drove to the girl's home on Valentine's Day, according to Allen Superior Court documents.

While in her bedroom, Willingham is accused of having sex with the girl, court documents said.

Outside in the living room, the people he was with were busy stealing a computer tablet, a video-game system and a gun.

During an interview with police, Willingham at first claimed he didn't have sex with the girl but then later admitted to the act, court documents said.

He also told a detective the girl told him via Twitter that she was 17 years old, but he has failed to provide that proof, according to the documents.

Willingham had not been arrested as of Monday night.
