Severe thunderstorms possible

Northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio could have isolated storms with high winds and hail Monday afternoon and into the evening, the National Weather Service in northern Indiana says.

The weather service said the following counties have a 30 percent chance of storms:

  • Indiana – Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, Whitley, LaPorte, St. Joseph, Elkhart, Starke, Pulaski, Marshall, Fulton, White, Cass, Miami, Grant, Blackford and Jay.
  • Ohio – Williams, Fulton, Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Allen.
Torrential rainfall is possible, the weather service said.
