Work scheduled on US 30

U.S. 30 will have intermittent lane restrictions during daytime hours for more than a month, the Indiana Department of Transportation announced Monday.

The microsurface construction between Doyle Road in Allen County and the Ohio state line is scheduled to begin Wednesday and continue through the middle of June, INDOT said.

“Microsurfacing is a thin, polymer-modified asphalt emulsion mixture that provides a new wearing course over aged and oxidized pavement,” the announcement said.
