A mature tree cracked at the mid section of the trunk and fell on a pavilion next to the playground at Foster Park on Tuesday afternoon.

Tree crushes pavilion at Foster Park

FORT WAYNE -- One of the mature old oaks at Foster Park split Tuesday, its massive branches crashing into a pavilion.

No injuries were reported.
