A Ford F-250 was totaled Friday in a crash on U.S. 6 but no one was seriously injured, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department. It said that the pickup was stopped east of Kendallville near County Road 3 about 9 a.m. and was turning left at the same time a semi attempted to pass. The impact sent both vehicles into a ditch. The sheriff’s department said the pickup driver was treated for bruises and that the semi driver was not hurt. The crash snarled traffic in the area for about two hours.
