A DeKalb County deputy arrested two Garrett men Tuesday evening after they were pulled over for speeding, according to a DeKalb County news release.

Police say about 7 p.m., a deputy who was watching traffic in the 6200 block of Indiana 205, saw a black van going above the speed limit. The deputy pulled over the van, and, after obtaining a search warrant, he found a garbage bag containing precursors associated with the production of methamphetamine. According to the release, both men also had meth in their possession.

Brandon K. Garrett, 24, and Dylan J. Garrett, 18, were taken to the DeKalb County Jail where they were charged with possession of methamphetamine.
