Snider rallies past Northrop on hit by Cirillo

FORT WAYNE -- Eric Cirillo's go-ahead RBI single in the seventh inning sent Snider to a 7-6 win over Northrop on Tuesday night at Parkview Field.

The Panthers entered the final inning down 6-4 but loaded the bases with one out. Northrop induced an easy double-play ball, but the relay throw skipped past the first baseman, allowing two runs to score. Next up was Cirillo, who grounded a sharp single up the middle.

A pair of Snider errors allowed the Bruins to load the bases with two down. Michael Kage grounded out to second to end the game.

Catcher Alex Reuille homered and tripled for Snider.
