Antibiotics land Cyrus in hospital

Miley Cyrus is canceling another concert and remains hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

A representative for the 21-year-old says in a statement that Cyrus canceled her Wednesday performance at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.

The singer also tweets that the hospital will not release her. She apologized in a tweet Wednesday.

Cyrus canceled a Tuesday show in Kansas City, Mo. Last week, she canceled a stop on her “Bangerz” tour in Charlotte, N.C., because she had the flu.

Her rep said Wednesday that Friday’s show in Nashville, Tenn., “is still scheduled to go on as planned.”

Co-hosts to reunite

ABC’s “The View” will gather all 11 past and present co-hosts to salute Barbara Walters as she retires from daily television.

The network said Wednesday the reunion will air live on the May 15 episode of “The View,” the day before Walters says goodbye as series co-host.

Among those scheduled to appear are Meredith Vieira, Star Jones and Joy Behar.

An engagement

Jenny McCarthy had big news to share Wednesday on “The View”: She’s engaged to Donnie Wahlberg.

McCarthy raised her hidden left hand from behind the desk, revealing an engagement ring.

“It’s a yellow sapphire,” she said. “The View” co-host told how Wahlberg, star of CBS’ “Blue Bloods” and a member of New Kids on the Block, proposed to her last weekend. She said her son, Evan, helped with the proposal.
