TinCaps: 13,000 tickets for Florida Georgia Line sold in 1 day

A Florida Georgia Line concert this summer is expected to attract the biggest crowd in the history of Parkview Field, according to a statement from the TinCaps.

The ?"This is How We Roll Summer Series"? concert featuring the country pop group Florida Georgia Line along with rapper Nelly and country artist Chris Lane comes to Parkview Field on June 19.

When general admission tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, all of them -- ?more than 13,000 -- were sold out in fewer than 24 hours.

TinCaps President Mike Nutter said they were ?blown away? by the response.

"We?'ve really appreciated the support we?'ve received at Parkview Field over the years for all of our events,"? Nutter said in the statement. "?This is certainly a testament to the great supporters in our region and what a spectacular venue and community asset Parkview Field has been for Fort Wayne.?"

Until now, the most-attended show at Parkview Field was last year'?s Country Fest featuring Gary Allen, which was sold out with 12,500 fans, the statement said.
