Indictment alleges child-porn dealing

A Kosciusko County man is accused of distributing child pornography, according to a federal indictment handed down this week in U.S. District Court in South Bend.

The two-count indictment alleges Jeremy L. Hall distributed and possessed child pornography. The indictment seeks the forfeiture of anything that contains the images, according to court documents.

Originally charged in a criminal complaint in late February, the grand jury indicted Hall on Wednesday.
