Traffic restrictions on West Jefferson tomorrow

The following statement was issued Monday by the Traffic Engineering Department of Fort Wayne:

Please be advised that there will be traffic restrictions on West Jefferson Boulevard starting at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning April 1, 2014, between Webster Street and Harrison Street.

The lane restrictions will allow the contractor, API, to perform maintenance on an existing sewer line. The 2 lanes on the far south side of West Jefferson Boulevard will be closed during the repair.

The contractor will be responsible for placement and maintenance of all warning signs and barricades.
