ALBION – A Fort Wayne man has been arrested on a murder charge in connection with the July 2011 death of a Fort Wayne woman whose body was found in a Noble County lake.

Noble County Prosecutor Steve Clouse announced Wednesday that Andres Gonzalez Jr., 35, has been charged in the killing of Erin Ruth Justin.

His brother, Victor Manuel Gonzalez, 32, also of Fort Wayne, has been charged with Class C felony assisting a criminal. Both have been charged with removing a body from the scene of a death.

The brothers have no connection to Noble County, Clouse said.

Justin's body was found by two local fishermen on Bartley Lake on July 20, 2011.

Justin, then 36, had been reported missing by her fiance on June 21. The man told police she had left the Pine Haven Motel, 4905 Bluffton Road, on foot June 18 to visit a friend and did not return. Her belongings were left behind.
