CPI Card Group to expand, add 14 jobs

CPI Card Group announced today a 4,400-square-foot expansion of its High Street facility in Fort Wayne, a project it said would add 14 employees during the next three years.

The maker of financial, EMV and commercial cards said the expansion would enable the facility to make EMV smart cards. The company said it was positioning itself for the market migration to such cards from magnetic-stripe cards in the United States by October 2015.
