NCAA men: Oregon 87, BYU 68

Seventh-seeded Oregon has beaten 10th-seeded BYU 87-68 in an NCAA men's basketball tournament West Region game in Milwaukee on Thursday.

Oregon, 24-9, advances to a Saturday game against Wisconsin, which defeated American earlier in the day. BYU finished 23-12.
