Unconscious woman not crime victim, police say

The woman found unconscious in the 3500 block of Harris Road early Sunday was not a crime victim, but had a medical condition, Fort Wayne police said today.

Police and paramedics had said they responded to a report of a man down about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, where they discovered the woman lying near a parking lot by the intersection of Harris and Goshen roads.

Paramedics treated her and took her to a hospital in critical condition, police said.
