Allen County prosecutors Thursday formally charged 25-year-old Otis Tate and 22-year-old Erskine A. Jones with felony counts of robbery and criminal confinement.

Tate and Jones are accused of robbing the women at one of their homes on Dec. 6.

They tied the women up in a basement after pulling guns on them and made off with more than $500 plus a few cellphones, according to Allen Superior Court documents.

Neither Tate nor Jones had been arrested as of Thursday.
