Man arrested after Butler Street raid

A man was arrested on drug charges Thursday night after police raided his south-side home.

Cartrell Coleman, 33, is charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted domestic batterer and three counts of dealing a synthetic drug.

Police raided Coleman's home at 324 W. Butler St. at 7:08 p.m.

Police said they found 248 grams of synthetic marijuana called Spice, drug paraphernalia, controlled substances and two handguns.
