Installation to close Calhoun downtown

There will be a temporary road closure Wednesday evening on South Calhoun Street between Douglas Avenue and Brackenridge Street.

This closure will begin no sooner than 6p.m., according to a notice sent out by the city.

The official detour will use Brackenridge, Harrison and Douglas streets.

A glass panel will be installed for the Lincoln Life skybridge, and the city said the closure will last only a few hours.
